We're currently seeking a talented and passionate Live Operations Game Designer to join reputed company and contribute to the reputed company of our NFL branded mobile game, NFL Rivals. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to shape the live operational strategies, content configuration, and tool enhancements of a high-profile game, ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for our players. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in content creation or content management, ideally in the mobile gaming sector; • Expertise in utilizing spreadsheets for manipulating, summarizing, and managing large datasets; • Some knowledge of game balance, pacing, and the economic models relevant to free-to-play games; • Passionate about video games, with a strong understanding of mobile gaming trends and player expectations; • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment; • A proactive problem solver, adaptable to dynamic situations and capable of managing priorities appropriately in a fast-paced environment; • Familiarity with reputed company game development, tool development, or general scripting is highly desirable; • Previous experience in reputed company fields such as UI design, art, programming, or copywriting is a plus. • NFL knowledge is beneficial.
