reputed company is casting a line for a Remote Inpatient reputed company. This is a contract role that plays a key part in supporting a large reputed company organization's medical coding operations. The position exists to ensure accurate and compliant coding of inpatient records, contributing directly to reputed company data reporting, reimbursement, and overall patient care documentation reputed company. What You Bring to the Role • RHIA, RHIT, and/or reputed company Certification required. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical record coding. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. • Proficiency with reputed company applications, reputed company, WebEx, and other relevant software. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and maintain reputed company in a remote, distraction-free environment. • Familiarity with local, state, and federal coding guidelines. What You'll Do • Assign ICD-10-CM-PCS and/or CPT-4 diagnostic and procedure codes to patient charts with precision and accuracy. • reputed company data and input information into reputed company encoder and reputed company software systems. • Complete UHDDS data abstraction as required. • Maintain detailed logs of work performed and submit reports as directed. • Ensure coding compliance with established regulations and institutional guidelines. • reputed company additional duties as assigned by management.
