They are seeking a passionate BCBA to reputed company family-centered therapy for children with autism, overseeing staff, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing & Supervising Staff: reputed company RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-reputed company ABA service delivery
• Conducting Assessments & Planning: reputed company functional behavior assessments, reputed company individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based reputed company plans
• Family & Caregiver Training: reputed company monthly sessions to reputed company families with ABA strategies for long-term reputed company
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to reputed company holistic care for clients

Skills

• Master's degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a reputed company field
• reputed company BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB)
• Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism reputed company disorder
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
