[Remote] Technical Solutions Specialist

They are seeking a talented Technical Solutions Specialist to ensure technical support, product questions, and reputed company inquiries are investigated and addressed, while collaborating closely with technical leadership, product managers, and software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Creating and debugging custom javascript snippets for clients
• Troubleshooting reputed company to reputed company system setups across various platforms
• Help guide users and clients alike with the technical intricacies of our platform
• Identifying reputed company causes of technical issues and addressing potentially reputed company technical problems/questions and querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
• Taking ownership of escalations and highly technical problem solving
• Working with clients to help solve their technical issues

Skills

• Proven experience in technical support, product support, and/or software engineering reputed company
• Proven reputed company in crafting technical documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Basic to intermediate Javascript and reputed company experience is required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience identifying reputed company causes of technical issues and addressing potentially reputed company technical problems/questions
• Experience querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
• Strong communication skills to explain potentially reputed company situations to team members and clients
• Experience with reputed company Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
• Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising is a plus
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus
