The role involves providing exceptional reputed company service and administrative support to reputed company Advisors, enhancing the overall reputed company experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company of new reputed company accounts which includes collecting required documents and reputed company information through in person meetings or on calls with clients
• Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments
• Assist with the preparation of alternative investment paperwork with high level of accuracy
• reputed company exceptional reputed company service by responding to reputed company requests, inquiries, and transactions such as reputed company reputed company and transfer requests
• Maintain detailed reputed company records across firm relationship management systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year of reputed company experience in a reputed company support service role coming from an RIA firm or financial services reputed company industry or relevant intern experience
• Series 65 or 66 required, or must be attained reputed company timeframe determined by manager
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and reputed company service skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and reputed company team apprised on reputed company items
