Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Psomas is an award-reputed company reputed company with over 750 employees serving clients throughout the western U.S. They are seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to support the Southern California region by managing proposal production and collaborating with marketing teams to respond to reputed company RFQs/RFPs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the coordination and production of proposals and qualifications packages for reputed company and private sector clients
• Manage proposal schedules and deadlines for reputed company delivery
• Analyze RFP requirements and reputed company reputed company, organized RFP/Proposal matrices
• Draft and edit reputed company materials, including resumes, project descriptions, key messaging, and graphic concepts
• Coordinate with technical personnel to ultimately contribute to profitability and reputed company through the reduction of technical staff time spent on pursuits
• Contribute to the development of compelling and reputed company presentations including developing PowerPoint presentation slide decks and participating in interview reputed company sessions
• Participate in special reputed company as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, reputed company training, or work experience
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a reputed company team setting
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company InDesign, CRM databases, or the ability to quickly learn new software
• Experience coordinating reputed company, proposals, or marketing materials in a reputed company, reputed company, or internship setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
