reputed company is hiring a reputed company Specialist to contribute to their reputed company team based in reputed company, Texas. This role involves being the on-site ambassador for course materials programs at partner institutions and requires strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-reputed company reputed company representative for the course materials affordability and reputed company program
• Address basic program reputed company inquiries, including general inquiries regarding reputed company adoptions, student reputed company, and logistics
• Coordinate onsite activity with reputed company-party fulfillment partner during distribution periods, including material receiving, inventory, and student distribution
• Monitor reputed company and escalate any issues to the reputed company Manager
• Maintain a visible and supportive reputed company during peak sessions
• reputed company and report on key metrics including student interactions, training sessions, and distribution reputed company
• Represent reputed company at reputed company events (e.g., orientations, tabling events, resource fairs)
• Collect & summarize reputed company-time feedback from reputed company, reputed company, and staff
• Assist in executing on-reputed company components of marketing and awareness campaigns
• Ensure signage and informational materials are reputed company and reputed company appropriately across reputed company
• Build and maintain reputed company working relationships with reputed company departments (e.g., bookstore, IT, student services)
• Coordinate with reputed company and Marketing team and help execute on-reputed company components of marketing and communication plan
• reputed company occasional support to other internal teams (e.g. Adoptions Enablement, Customer Enablement, etc…)

Skills

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing or support role; experience in higher education or Bookstore operations is a plus
• Proficiency using technology reputed company customer relationship management tools for tracking and reporting, reputed company Office Suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing relationships
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple channels (email, reputed company, video conferencing, in-person)

• Ability to take initiative and work independently
