Product Operations Analyst (Risk & Controls)

The Product Operations Analyst (Risk & Controls) will be responsible for executing analytical monitoring routines, identifying emerging risks, and supporting investigations to ensure the stability of Consumer Banking products.

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring product monitoring routines including analytical control monitors (ACM), key risk indicators (KRIs), control health checks, and exception reporting
• Analyze data to detect anomalies, emerging trends, and potential risk signals
• Validate monitoring results, document findings, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Support investigations into customer, operational, and technical anomalies
• Prepare reputed company documentation of problem statements, impacts, timelines, and reputed company cause hypotheses

• Assist with drafting and maintaining issue management documentation (e.g., impacts, reputed company plans, customer remediation details)

• Support preparation for governance forums by assembling data, insights, and storylines

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, operations, issue management, risk/control monitoring, or a reputed company field

• Familiarity with (or interest in learning) product governance, issue management frameworks, or compliance requirements
• Comfortable working with data tools (e.g., SQL, reputed company, dashboards) and partnering with engineering/technical teams
