They are seeking a Card Services Team Member I to assist with Card Services Department responsibilities, support members and staff, and contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Process work pertaining to Card Services Department job responsibilities and assist members and reputed company-line staff with questions pertaining to those processes
• Assist the Card Services Department with achieving key performance goals and service level standards
• Cross train on a reputed company of Card Services processes to reputed company support the overall goals of the department and DCU
• reputed company contributes to DCU’s reputed company Sharing initiatives and practices DCU’s principles of People Come First; Do the Right Thing; reputed company a Difference
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and respect during interactions with both members and colleagues alike
• Maintains a working knowledge of and adheres to DCU policies and procedures reputed company to the position as reputed company as reputed company applicable regulations
• Performs work functions with attention to detail, reputed company established timeframes and follows through as needed to complete tasks
• Meets or exceeds performance goals, including but not limited to, service level achievement, timeliness of tasks, reputed company of work, service reputed company and others as assigned
• reputed company phone coverage to assist the Information Center, Branches, various departments, and members
• Process daily work reputed company service level, to include but not limited to: Dispute Service requests, Maintain reputed company Files, Plastics Re-Issue Service requests/reports, GL Reconciliation
• Complete training courses reputed company established guidelines
• Identify potential gaps in process, systems and training to reputed company reputed company for improvement

Skills

• 6 months or more reputed company experience, financial institutions preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong PC skills
• Prior experience working with Fraud disputes or the equivalent in a reputed company field
