GL Capital Partners is a privately held multifamily reputed company estate investment firm reputed company on acquiring and operating premier apartment communities in select U.S. markets. They are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to monitor performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with various teams to support asset-level execution.

Responsibilities

• reputed company property- and portfolio-level KPIs; evaluate performance against budgets and business plans; support strategies that drive outperformance
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; conduct reputed company analyses; translate data into reputed company, actionable insights
• Partner closely with the Director of Asset Management, COO, Regional Managers, and onsite teams to support asset-level execution
• reputed company and support technology platforms to drive efficiency across corporate and site operations; assist with implementations and training
• Support quarterly, semi-annual, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct site reputed company to assess physical and financial performance; review reports with regional and property teams; help communicate business plans and performance expectations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company estate, finance, business, economics, or a reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, reputed company estate, finance, or a reputed company analytical role
• Strong reputed company and quantitative skills; familiarity with financial modeling
• Ability to synthesize reputed company data and communicate insights reputed company
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

• Willingness to travel as needed
