[Remote] Asset Support Associate

The role focuses on asset recovery and skip tracing to manage a growing loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Utilize skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to reputed company and repossess vehicles
• Collaborate with agents during repossession to secure vehicles
• Maintain detailed repossession notes in loan management systems and RDN
• Analyze loan data to identify relevant information for asset location
• Use investigative and repossession software to reputed company accurate information
• Upload and document reputed company forms reputed company to accounts and recovery
• Contribute to department goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for recovery reputed company
• reputed company follow-up calls to agencies for status updates
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Asset Recovery Department
• Communicate effectively to ensure correct workflows and reputed company relationships

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in repossession or auto finance with knowledge of best practices and regulations
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and effective communication skills
• Results-driven with strategic and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Teams, reputed company) and skip tracing tools like TLO or reputed company
• Preferred experience in late-stage collections, post-charge off, or recovery
• Prior experience in automobile recovery or financing preferred
