About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Customer Service Expert to join our team of passionate and inspired individuals. Key Responsibilities

  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused

  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using conflict resolution skills and techniques to ensure a positive outcome

  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide feedback on call issues, suggesting improvements and contributing to the development of best practices and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
