As a 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. You'll reputed company brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.
