As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building scalable data frameworks that drive business value across our portfolio. You'll work closely with our data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts to develop and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes that support our business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and build scalable data frameworks that drive business value across our portfolio * Develop and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using Scala, Python, and other programming languages * Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Ensure high functional proficiency and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support our clients (Data Science, Data Analysis groups) * Participate in agile/scrum practices to ensure safety and interaction improvements for your team * Identify and resolve technical issues and opportunities for process automation and cost optimization * Engage with and understand our clients, forming relationships that enable us to understand and focus on both innovative new contributions and steady platform upgrades **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience * Strong algorithmic thinking ability * Solid SQL skills and ability to write queries to extract data and build performant datasets * Active experience with distributed systems, such as Spark and PySpark, to query and handle data * Strong key Scala and Python programming skills * Strong experience with cloud technologies like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2) * Experience with at least one major MPP or cloud database technology (ideally Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) * Strong experience with data integration toolsets (i.e., Apache Beam) and writing and maintaining data pipelines with Databricks * Experience in data modeling procedures and data warehousing standard approaches and practices * Familiarity with Scrum and Agile approaches * Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with others and build consensus in a cross-functional team towards an optimal result **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines * Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security * Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment and media industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Full Stack Data Engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
