Your typical assignments will include: * Researching inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources * Responding to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication (such as mail) using reputed company etiquette, grammar, punctuation, etc. * Maintaining reputed company departmental records and files * Operating office equipment, including a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, etc. * Making corrections to claims and eligibility * Entering new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe * Reviewing subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits **Training Program:** Our training program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this exciting field.
