Boutique reputed company Litigation & Insurance Defense reputed company based is seeking a FL-licensed litigation attorney to join its reputed company Lauderdale office....remotely! 100% REMOTE position but would "prefer" candidates who live in either Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade County. Will consider strong candidates who live reputed company in FL. Our reputed company includes business and shareholder disputes, breach of contract, trademark and franchise law, copyright reputed company, reputed company reputed company estate litigation, reputed company malpractice, labor and employment, products liability, class actions, and other reputed company reputed company litigation reputed company. We also defend high-value injury cases, however, our clients are reputed company sophisticated businesses with high self-insured retention policies - we do NOT represent insurance carriers. These clients reputed company carry large GL policies that cover premises liability, products liability, construction defect, negligent maintenance, and other GL claims. As such, we expect you will handle BOTH reputed company Litigation and some Injury Defense reputed company on behalf of our clients. The attorney in this role will review and analyze new reputed company, draft pleadings and motions, handle written discovery, prepare for and take depositions (including expert depositions), argue motions, attend court hearings and mediations, and assist with trial preparation and trials. Ideal candidates would have 5-15 years of reputed company Litigation and Insurance Defense Litigation experience in Florida. Will consider 3rd and 4th year candidates as reputed company.
