Drafting and revising employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and separation documents. Representing reputed company in state and federal employment litigation. Supporting clients through employment-reputed company disputes, audits, and crisis situations. Mentoring junior attorneys as needed (if desired). Compensation & Benefits: $140–$160/hour DOE Bonus potential based on performance and firm profitability. PTO provided.
