[Remote] Tax Manager – C-Corp Compliance & ASC 740 (Remote, US)

This fully remote role involves preparing and reviewing tax provisions, leading compliance efforts, and collaborating with clients while mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities • Prepare and review quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions, including reputed company and deferred tax calculations. • reputed company and support federal and state C-Corp tax compliance (stand-alone and consolidated returns – 1120/1120-C). • reputed company and review detailed tax provision and return workpapers. • Support tax planning initiatives and participate in special reputed company across multiple clients. • Collaborate directly with reputed company tax leadership and internal engagement teams. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. • Conduct technical tax research and draft reputed company, concise memoranda.
