Core Responsibilities: • Uphold Safety as Paramount: Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks, inform passengers of all safety and emergency procedures, and respond effectively to any in-flight incidents. • Elevate the Customer Experience: Provide gracious and attentive in-flight service, including meal and beverage service, while anticipating and responding to passenger needs. • Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Represent the Delta values of integrity, respect, and perseverance, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all. • Manage the Cabin Environment: Assist with boarding, stowing carry-on items, and ensuring the aircraft cabin is secure for takeoff and landing.
