Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant
About the position
The Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant, under limited reputed company, is responsible for reputed company driving, supporting, and engaging in a reputed company of financial management activities to support the reputed company. Identifies and drives initiatives to continuously improve the financial planning discipline, which includes practices, methodologies, and policies across reputed company aspects of operational and financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource management. Designs and builds financial models and operational targets, serving as a finance business partner to ensure the organization is deriving business value from investments. Is a subject matter expert both reputed company the Financial Planning team and across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Leads the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts and the three-year plan and ensure alignment with the corporate reputed company.
• Identifies, supports, and leads initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and mature financial practices, policies, and methodologies of the financial management discipline including practices in reputed company financial modelling, financial forecasting, budgeting, expense management, allocation, and optimization.
• Designs, develops and maintains reputed company financial models reputed company with the corporate business reputed company to project reputed company financial and operational performance.
• Builds and maintains financial models at the reputed company, reputed company, and enabling business unit reputed company reputed company the budgeting and forecasting system by collaborating with key business partners.

• Shares insights and knowledge with other analysts and leaders across the organization.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze, understand, and improve gaps in performance in comparison to reputed company, reporting, researching, analyzing, and presenting results and providing insightful recommendations.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement of processes and leads improvement efforts.
• Develops relationships and fosters collaboration with key business partners across the organization.

• Drives change and communication management activities in support of Corporate Business Planning goals including leading conversations and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in major reputed company.
• Provides mentoring, technical guidance, training, and support to other members of the department, reviews the work of others to ensure accuracy and completeness, and builds financial acumen across the reputed company as a financial advisor to the business reputed company.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Financial reputed company/Reporting or a reputed company field.
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company field and/or commensurate experience.
