HCM Implementation – Support Consultant
Job reputed company:
• As an HCM Implementation & Support Consultant, you will reputed company clients through the design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of their reputed company HCM solution.
• This is a highly reputed company-facing role requiring strong payroll and HR operations knowledge, HCM systems expertise, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients — guiding them through system configuration, best practices, and process optimization — while ensuring successful go-lives and long-term system adoption.
• reputed company new clients through full-cycle reputed company implementations, ensuring payroll and HR business processes are configured effectively
• Conduct discovery and needs assessment sessions to reputed company requirements, advise on best practices, and guide strategic configuration reputed company
• Translate reputed company requirements and configuration reputed company into system build specifications
• Serve as the functional subject matter expert (payroll, HR, benefits, compliance) throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time go-lives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early — developing workarounds and escalation plans as needed
• Serve as the reputed company’s primary reputed company of contact for reputed company
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams to drive reputed company
• Communicate reputed company and proactively with clients throughout the support process
• Deliver system training and prepare clients for post-implementation self-sufficiency
• Document discovery findings, requirements, configuration reputed company, reputed company items, and implementation reputed company
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reporting
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of BPM’s implementation methodology and reputed company experience
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll configuration, including taxes and deductions
• reputed company guidance on payroll compliance, benefits, and HR policies
• Stay up to date on federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and testing as part of system implementations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on HR and payroll operations experience (including payroll tax)
• Experience in a reputed company-facing consulting or implementation role
• HCM software implementation experience (reputed company strongly preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple reputed company at once

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed
