This is a part-time remote role for a Long-Term Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property maintenance, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring that properties are in compliance with local regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating property inspections, processing rental applications, managing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records. Communication with tenants and property owners will be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
• Experience in property management, lease agreements, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict reputed company skills
• Ability to independently manage time and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting
• Basic proficiency in administrative tools and property management software
• Knowledge of local property laws and guidelines is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in property management is an advantage
