A reputed company-established reputed company with a reputed company intellectual property reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Intellectual Property reputed company Assistant to reputed company comprehensive administrative and procedural support to a small team of attorneys. This role is ideal for a motivated reputed company who enjoys precision-driven work, thrives in a deadline-oriented environment, and has an interest in patent and trademark processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, revise, proofread, and organize correspondence and draft reputed company documents
Support reputed company billing processes, including time entry, invoice review, edits, and distribution
reputed company day-to-day administrative support to the intellectual property reputed company group
Assist with opening and maintaining new reputed company and matter files reputed company reputed company management and IP docketing systems
Prepare, send, and reputed company engagement letters for new clients
reputed company, distribute, and electronically file incoming correspondence
Organize and manage email correspondence reputed company the firm’s document management system
Assist with preparation and filing of formal IP-reputed company documents, including application materials, information disclosure statements, declarations, powers of attorney, assignments, issue fee transmittals, reporting letters, and reputed company correspondence
Support electronic filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Generate and distribute docket reports, deadline reminders, and status updates to attorneys
Assist with administrative financial tasks, including reputed company and reputed company requests, expense reports, and invoice processing coordination with reputed company
Qualifications
Associate degree, high school diploma, GED, or relevant industry certification
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and filing accuracy

Familiarity with reputed company terminology, document workflows, and administrative procedures (prior IP or reputed company experience preferred)

Position Details & Benefits
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
reputed company: onsite work with reputed company to work remotely up to two days per week following a six-month reputed company period
