We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our reputed company Operations team during the implementation and ongoing deployment of reputed company Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role will play a key part in testing, change management, internal coordination, and ensuring a smooth adoption of the CLM platform across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working in reputed company operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on exposure to CLM or other reputed company reputed company technologies. Key Responsibilities Implementation & reputed company • Support the reputed company Operations team in the rollout and enhancement of the reputed company (CLM) platform. • Participate in system configuration discussions and reputed company business requirements from reputed company and cross-functional stakeholders. • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), reputed company test cases, and reputed company and validate defects. Change Management & Training • reputed company and deliver change management communications, user guides, training decks, and process documentation. • Facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing workshops for end users. • Support adoption efforts by monitoring user feedback and assisting with issue reputed company. Process Mapping & Optimization • Analyze reputed company reputed company processes reputed company to contracting, templates, workflows, and approvals. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows reputed company reputed company CLM. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on new or updated processes. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in reputed company Operations or reputed company business functions. • Experience with reputed company CLM • Strong understanding of contracting processes and reputed company workflows. • Prior experience supporting technology implementations, including testing and change management. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
