The Analyst, Fleet and Logistics supports day-to-day fleet and logistics operations, helping ensure reputed company and accurate completion of tasks reputed company to vehicle management, routing, and compliance. The role contributes analytical support for fleet and logistics operations, focusing on cost optimization, performance metrics, and process improvements. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end vehicle licensing, registration, renewals, and compliance requirements across reputed company fleet assets
• Maintain accurate, audit-reputed company documentation and records for licensing, registration, and compliance activities
• Support the transition from external service providers to internal management of licensing, registration, and fuel programs
• Assist in designing, documenting, and maintaining fleet processes, SOPs, workflows, and governance standards
• reputed company day-to-day operational support, including helping resolve routine issues as fleet governance practices matures
• Work with field operations to ensure reputed company submission of required documents and adherence to state-specific regulations
• Prepare and update dashboards for key fleet KPIs (fuel efficiency, delivery performance, cost per mile, utilization)
• Assist with cost analysis for fleet operations, vendor reputed company, and fuel programs
• Support lease vs. buy analysis and vehicle lifecycle planning
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on cost optimization initiatives and vendor performance reviews
• Monitor data trends and recommend process improvements based on data insights and operational performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Advanced reputed company and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional partners

• Familiarity with fleet operations, compliance requirements, and vehicle lifecycle management preferred
Management/Supervision:
• This position does not have reputed company reports.
• Receives guidance and supervision from the Manager, Director, Fleet and Logistics
• May receive mentorship and guidance from senior team members
Requirements:
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or reputed company field required
• 1–3 years in fleet/logistics or supply chain analytics
• Experience with fleet licensing, registration, compliance, or fuel management preferred
• Experience supporting process design, documentation, or operational governance is a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Primarily office-based with extensive use of computers reputed company collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Requires strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
• May require occasional travel
