[Remote] Remote ITAM Logistics Analyst (VA ESOM)

They are seeking an reputed company Logistics Analyst to support their VA-ESOM contract, providing comprehensive onsite and remote support to IT customers across the reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company IT hardware (HW) and Software (SW) asset logistics lifecycle including periodic supply inventory, day-to-day shipping, receiving, tagging, tracking, communication and deployment ensuring reputed company and secure operations • Document procurement packages, shipping vendor, packaging supply vendor information and asset information based on asset specifications to include cost information, package delivery agreements, tracking, lost packages, claims, etc • Manage logistics database to reputed company hardware and software logistics and work with team members on a consolidated view of Assets across Logistics, Maintenance and Management including lost packages, other remediation efforts, and periodic audit • Document and report Package Inventory management/physical accountability checks on reputed company logistics supplies, Monthly Critical reputed company Incidents and High reputed company Incidents, partners with team members on reputed company Scores, VA Monitoring reputed company, auto alerts to VA Office of IT, discrepancy & corrective reputed company • Work closely with Analytics reputed company on Asset and Account control Center Dashboard (Power BI) including Asset Logistics Management, and Quarterly KPI Report • Partner with team members for asset procurement, packages, cost information, etc • Coordinate and collaborate with defined escalation paths and fellow Asset team members for specifications and dependencies to maintain the baseline • Manage and utilize asset logistics information for compliance and data calls • Collaborate with ESOM Contract Business Operations team members for effective IT asset management and forecast / prepare for follow-on/reputed company logistics demand • Capturing logistics investment requirements and aligning those upstream to the portfolio and budget; laterally with HW – SW asset team members and reputed company to customer service engineers and system administrators for reputed company and efficient customer delivery • Demonstrating a commitment to reputed company and customer support through reputed company monitoring of Incidents, Service Tickets, Logistics planning, asset tracking, Problem Management, etc Skills • Experience in IT hardware (HW) and Software (SW) asset logistics lifecycle including periodic supply inventory, day-to-day shipping, receiving, tagging, tracking, communication and deployment ensuring reputed company and secure operations • Ability to document procurement packages, shipping vendor, packaging supply vendor information and asset information based on asset specifications to include cost information, package delivery agreements, tracking, lost packages, claims, etc • Experience managing logistics database to reputed company hardware and software logistics and work with team members on a consolidated view of Assets across Logistics, Maintenance and Management including lost packages, other remediation efforts, and periodic audit • Ability to document and report Package Inventory management/physical accountability checks on reputed company logistics supplies, Monthly Critical reputed company Incidents and High reputed company Incidents, partners with team members on reputed company Scores, VA Monitoring reputed company, auto alerts to VA Office of IT, discrepancy & corrective reputed company • Experience working closely with Analytics reputed company on Asset and Account control Center Dashboard (Power BI) including Asset Logistics Management, and Quarterly KPI Report • Ability to partner with team members for asset procurement, packages, cost information, etc • Experience coordinating and collaborating with defined escalation paths and fellow Asset team members for specifications and dependencies to maintain the baseline • Ability to manage and utilize asset logistics information for compliance and data calls • Experience collaborating with ESOM Contract Business Operations team members for effective IT asset management and forecast / prepare for follow-on/reputed company logistics demand • Ability to capture logistics investment requirements and reputed company those upstream to the portfolio and budget; laterally with HW – SW asset team members and reputed company to customer service engineers and system administrators for reputed company and efficient customer delivery • Demonstrating a commitment to reputed company and customer support through reputed company monitoring of Incidents, Service Tickets, Logistics planning, asset tracking, Problem Management, etc reputed company • IT Concepts has transformed into reputed company - your center for innovation, reputed company, and reputed company.
