We reputed company consulting and pension administration services for reputed company types of reputed company retirement plans including: 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plans. We proactively go to the marketplace to reputed company retirement plan advisors and some of the largest record-keepers in the industry to reputed company the best retirement plan services possible. We are looking to add to the most dynamic TPA sales team in the country in key metropolitan areas. This is a full-time position for an energetic and self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to reputed company their ability in sales. Primary Responsibilities: • Identify Investment professionals in assigned region to promote Nova services • Participate in reputed company-of-sale presentations to plan sponsors to represent Nova’s solutions • Maintain frequent contact with key producers through on-site reputed company, seminars, webinars, conference calls, and other presentation media • Understand the competitive industry environment; identify and analyze market trends while providing recommendations and feedback to the management team • Build and service strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partners • Travel to offsite periodic sales training Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or reputed company field or equivalent work experience • Sales experience (reputed company or not); preferably internal or external wholesaling • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to function reputed company in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Proven sales ability a plus; must be reputed company to reputed company the needle • Strong ability to build relationships and create partnerships • Confident presentation skills • Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market reputed company is a plus We offer a competitive reputed company salary in the reputed company of $65,000 to $75,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. The total compensation package includes reputed company salary, commission and bonuses, providing an opportunity for high reputed company to significantly enhance their overall earnings.
