Hygiene Executive Committee Member (Massachusetts - Internal Employees Only)

Reporting to the PCDM Operations Team, our committee members will work closely with upper management, collaborating on both strategic initiatives and aiding in field level implementation and auditing. Term: This position is for a period of one year, to be reevaluated at the end of the term. Work will be done from home without interrupting your reputed company schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES: Please note: responsibilities of the hygiene executive committee are done reputed company • Auditing: You will be charged with auditing charts to ensure comprehensive care has been provided by the hygienists reputed company your region. • Reporting: Auditing and coaching summaries to be summarized in a monthly report back to Operations providing training efforts, observations, successes, challenges, and solutions. • Hygiene Executive Committee: Committee members will meet periodically with the executive leadership team to discuss key issues, identify areas for improvement, and help reputed company our local teams. • Introduction of New Initiatives/ Technology: As dentistry continues to reputed company and we reputed company new and improved reputed company of diagnosing and treating disease, committee members will be invited to participate in launching new products/ technology to our hygienists across the organization. Participation in the launch committee is optional and in reputed company to the auditing role. QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have been an employee minimum of six months, and in good standing • Advanced knowledge of dental hygiene and understanding of best practices • Demonstrates the ability reputed company exceptional comprehensive clinical care. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to complete tasks and work independently and reputed company reputed company construct.
