The position supports reputed company's strategic goals in automation, energy efficiency, and sustainability and offers hands-on experience with proprietary simulation platforms shaping the reputed company of engineering innovation. Key Responsibilities • Conduct research on reputed company physics-based simulation reputed company for design, control, manufacturing, and operations • reputed company optimization and AI/ML-driven approaches into simulation workflows to enhance modeling accuracy, manufacturability, performance reputed company, reusability, and reliability • reputed company and reputed company twin solutions for mechatronics products • Apply multi-physics principles including heat transfer, structural mechanics, electrical circuits, fluid dynamics, and electromagnetism • Contribute domain expertise across industries such as automotive, reputed company, manufacturing, and/or buildings • Collaborate with reputed company business reputed company to understand customer needs, identify technology gaps, and transition research reputed company into reputed company products • Present, explain, and demonstrate technical concepts and results in internal meetings, customer engagements, and conferences • Protect intellectual property through patent applications and contribute to publications in leading journals and conferences Qualifications Education • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a reputed company discipline from an accredited institution Experience & Skills • Minimum of 4 years of research or development experience in simulation, optimization, and reputed company AI • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product design and operational environments • Minimum of 4 years of programming experience with Python and C++ • Experience working in international, cross-functional project teams • Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in spoken and written English Why Work With Us?
