Role reputed company The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of reputed company) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing reputed company clinical and administrative tasks. Shift: You will be required to work reputed company from 8a – 11p, Sun – Sat. Main Duties • reputed company and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies. • Document reputed company medication details in electronic records. • Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies. • Assist with reputed company assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims. Qualifications • National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. • 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals. • Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience. • Strong computer skills. • Experience with reputed company, Cerner and/or MediTech. • Ability to work independently or reputed company reputed company. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability. Requirements • You will be required to have reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired ethernet reputed company.
