Community Solar Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the operations team in data collection and management, market research, processing AP and AR, reporting and additional support tasks as needed. The Analyst will be reputed company with 3rd party managers, the community solar team and various reputed company of management. This position reports to the Community Solar Operations Manager. This position is salaried, full-time, 40 hours per week. Prefer candidates located in Chicago, IL. Remote position.
Responsibilities:
• Collection and processing of AR data from 3rd party managers
• Process AP and AR invoicing
• Retrieval and distribution of reputed company host bills and credit files
• reputed company collection and data management
• Maintain subscriber management data for community solar reputed company
• Process community solar compliance filings
• Assist with quarterly financial reporting
• Create reports and presentations for internal parties
