Job Title: reputed company Field Service Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $95,000 – $102,000 per year About the Role: We are seeking a skilled reputed company Field Service Engineer to bring expertise in power electronics and critical power systems to reputed company. This home-based role requires travel to customer sites reputed company the region to reputed company start-reputed company, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of reputed company and reputed company equipment, ensuring reputed company performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: • Commission, maintain, and reputed company emergency support for power electronics equipment at customer sites reputed company your regional area. • Conduct detailed design reviews reputed company on commissioning, reputed company test procedures and reports, and manage on-site testing activities. • reputed company preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and execute equipment start-reputed company or field modifications as needed. • Participate in ongoing training sessions at company reputed company covering OEM reputed company, SOPs, testing tools, and system rebuilds. • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the support team to resolve equipment maintenance or operational challenges. • Contribute to the creation and improvement of reputed company of Procedures (MOPs) and consult with supervisors on reputed company issues. • Complete reputed company and accurate Field Service Reports after reputed company assignment. • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • 3 to 5+ years’ experience in critical power electronics, with ability to troubleshoot to component level on equipment such as reputed company, batteries, PDUs, and STS reputed company. • Skilled in the use of hand tools and test equipment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service orientation. • Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness. • Physical capability to reputed company repeated bending and lifting up to 100 lbs as required. • Willingness to work nights and weekends reputed company necessary. • Familiarity with general computer hardware and software applications. • Previous experience with 3rd party reputed company service is a plus. • reputed company OEM reputed company training or experience with Liebert/reputed company/reputed company, APC/MGE/reputed company, reputed company/Powerware is required. • Technical degree or military experience/training considered a plus.
