**Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Security Solutions**

We're a people-led and tech-empowered organization that's passionate about innovation and committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers and communities. **About the Role** As an IAM Developer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to develop scalable and nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies * Tremendous mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment **About Our Team** Our IAM team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
