Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, talent, and events. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential security threats, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute security measures for high-profile events, both on and off-site. Manage and maintain relationships with external security firms and vendors to ensure the highest level of protection and security for company assets. Monitor and analyze security trends and make recommendations for improvements to existing security measures. Train and educate employees and talent on security protocols and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies. Conduct regular audits and inspections of company facilities and events to ensure all security procedures are being followed. Act as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency response teams in the event of a security breach or emergency situation. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in security technology to constantly improve the company's security measures. Respond quickly and efficiently to any security incidents, providing timely and accurate reports to senior management. Assist in the development and maintenance of crisis management plans and procedures. Coordinate and oversee security for international travel and events, ensuring the safety and security of all employees and talent.
