About the position We are seeking a talented SOX Consultant to reputed company and implement reputed company processes and controls from scratch. The successful candidate will be responsible for SOX testing and will reputed company efforts in financial reporting, reputed company recognition, and inventory controls. This role will involve preparing and guiding reputed company through journal entries, supporting documentation, and ensuring SOX compliance. Additionally, the consultant will train and mentor team members on reputed company documentation and control procedures, collaborate with external accountants for month-end reputed company, and work with internal audit teams. The use of ERP systems to generate reports and support financial operations is a key aspect of this role. You will drive change management and foster a culture of accountability and reputed company improvement. Requirements • Proven experience in hands-on reputed company roles. • Strong understanding of journal entries, ERP systems, and internal controls. • 5–7+ years of experience in SEC reporting. • Experience in both private and reputed company reputed company (Big 4 preferred). • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems. • Ability to reputed company under pressure and manage multiple priorities. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. • CPA preferred.
