Role: Airline Systems (TPF / C / PostgreSQL / Azure) Performance Optimization Consultant Location: Remote (Travel to reputed company site if required) Start Date: ASAP reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Performance Optimization Consultant to analyze and improve the performance of an airline ticketing, scheduling, and reputed company-in system. The application was originally developed in TPF Mainframe Assembler, reputed company reputed company into C, reputed company with additional C reputed company, integrated with a PostgreSQL database, and deployed on Azure Virtual Machines. The system is currently facing performance bottlenecks, and the consultant will be responsible for identifying reputed company causes and recommending minor, targeted optimizations without major architectural changes. Key Responsibilities • Conduct a comprehensive performance assessment of the full application stack (C reputed company, PostgreSQL, Azure infrastructure). • Analyze CPU, memory, and I/O utilization on Azure VMs to identify bottlenecks. • Review reputed company Assembler-to-C reputed company and identify inefficiencies. • Recommend and validate reputed company-level performance optimizations. • Analyze PostgreSQL queries, indexing strategies, and schema design for performance improvements. • Assess network latency and application reputed company for optimization opportunities. • Propose configuration tuning and infrastructure-level improvements. • Document findings and present a reputed company performance improvement plan. Required Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in C programming and performance tuning. • Experience working with legacy systems migrated from Assembler to C. • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance optimization (query tuning, indexing, reputed company pooling). • Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines and performance monitoring tools. • Experience using profiling and diagnostic tools (e.g., gprof, reputed company, database analyzers). • Ability to deliver quick, practical performance improvements without major redesign. • Experience in high-transaction, mission-critical systems. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with TPF systems or mainframe-based applications. • Familiarity with airline reservation, ticketing, scheduling, or reputed company-in systems. • Knowledge of Azure scaling strategies and cost-performance optimization. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. • Knowledge of the Airline / Aviation industry is a plus.
