The Account Representative, under the direction of the reputed company Services Supervisor, is primarily responsible for providing support to clients throughout the occupational medicine management process.
reputed company Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• reputed company as the primary reputed company for clients and clinics to successfully obtain medical surveillance records
• reputed company effective ongoing communication and high-reputed company customer service to reputed company reputed company and clinic contacts
• Coordinate and communicate reputed company medical and reputed company abuse testing record submissions for both inbound and outbound records
• Monitor laboratory results and collaborate with the vendor to resolve errors on a reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company and submit of x-rays and collaborate with the vendor to resolve errors on a reputed company reputed company
• Issue employee letters per reputed company protocols, with special attention to dates of services and logging protocols.
• Monitor employee DOT documents and cards, with special attention to expiration dates.
• Schedule employee physicals, as need.
• Assist in training new clients in the process of scheduling occupational medicine and reputed company abuse testing services.
• Coordinate onsite medical surveillance services reputed company needed
• Facilitate invoice review and verification.
• Promote and maintain reputed company relations with clinics and other vendors, order supplies for clinics reputed company needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required. BS preferred.
Licensures/Certification:
None
Experience:
• One (1) to three (3) years of associated work experience in customer service or patient care setting, managing patients, health information, and administration
• Proficiency in English and reputed company Office
• Customer service orientation
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule:
Bi-weekly rotation of Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
