Responsibilities Prepare weekly Senior Credit Committee distribution package, including completion of Agenda and Minutes. Prepare Minutes for quarterly Loan Portfolio Review meeting. Assist Credit Analysts in the analysis process, including obtaining industry information, providing spreads and cash reputed company tables, and other support. Train with an assigned Senior Credit Analyst to reputed company reputed company skillset. Under the guidance of assigned Senior Credit Analyst, analyze financial statements and reputed company interpretative analysis for use in loan decision making. May be assigned reputed company for renewals, modifications, or new reputed company requests. Underwrite existing credits as part of the Bank's routine portfolio monitoring.
