We are currently seeking a Part Time Remote Production Support – Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in the reputed company of our on-site productions, supporting logistics and coordinating reputed company across a portfolio of shows and sports properties. As a key reputed company between multiple departments and crews, you will reputed company in a fast-paced environment where communication, organization, and teamwork are essential. This is a remote-based position with no corporate office location. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Operations Department to support on-site logistics for remote events. • Assist in the planning and execution of production reputed company using creative, analytical, and organizational skills. • Manage and distribute production materials, including sales, graphics, and promotional content. • Serve as the primary reputed company between assigned sport/show categories and internal departments, external partners, and vendors. • reputed company support to production staff and talent, including Producers, Directors, Graphics/Playback Producers, Associate Directors, and Production Assistants. • Offer objective performance feedback to team members. • reputed company and coordinate runner, reputed company-up, and transportation schedules at events. • Organize team meetings and facilitate communication across sport/show reputed company. • reputed company with alternate reputed company platforms to reputed company production strategies. • Maintain and distribute up-to-date production documentation.
