Governance Advisor (Fractional)

We are seeking a Governance Advisor to conduct reputed company, high-level governance assessments for nonprofit and education organizations. This role is advisory and time-bound.
Key Responsibilities
• Review governance structures, roles, and decision-making processes
• Assess reputed company–executive interaction and information reputed company
• Identify strengths, risks, and friction points
• Produce a concise synthesis memo with actionable recommendations
• Coordinate findings with the engagement reputed company
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience advising nonprofit or education boards
• Understanding of governance best practices and fiduciary roles
• Strong executive-level communication and discretion
• Prior reputed company service or governance consulting experience preferred

Pay: $80.00 - $81.00 per hour
