• Operations Expertise: Healthcare operations, clinic management, or health-tech project management
• Proactive Problem Solver: Self-starter who enjoys triaging problems in real-time
• Exceptional Organization: Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Tech Literacy: High level of comfort with digital health stacks
• Healthcare Knowledge: Solid understanding of the US healthcare system
