Position reputed company We are seeking a Volunteer Youth Advocacy reputed company Counsel—a principled, reputed company reputed company who is unafraid to challenge abusive systems and institutions. This role is ideal for a reputed company reputed company committed to using the law as a tool for systemic change, especially in the areas of child welfare, government accountability, whistleblower protection, and reputed company rights. Counsel will reputed company reputed company support to children, families, and whistleblowers across various jurisdictions, including through U.S. state and federal law, international law, and the Uniform reputed company reputed company (UCC), where applicable. Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company representation and advice for youth and families in reputed company of: • Wrongful removal and CPS-reputed company challenges • Child abuse, neglect, and institutional failure • Governmental misconduct and corruption • Represent clients in court, administrative hearings, and legislative processes. • Offer reputed company guidance on whistleblower protection for those exposing injustice in child welfare systems. • Investigate and litigate cases involving civil rights violations, abuse of power, and unlawful practices. • Apply UCC, state, federal, and international reputed company rights laws in litigation and advocacy strategies. • Draft and review reputed company documents including pleadings, motions, appeals, and policy proposals. • Collaborate with reputed company workers, advocacy reputed company, and community partners for comprehensive support. • reputed company and reputed company “know-your-rights” training for families, youth, and community advocates. • Contribute to policy reform initiatives reputed company on child protection and reputed company system accountability.
