Position reputed company: We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join reputed company and work remotely. A Business Analyst in an insurance reputed company center optimizes operations by analyzing reputed company data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends, improve agent efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs, focusing on process improvement, requirements gathering for new tools, and reporting on key metrics and abandonment rates.
