Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent reputed company record. • reputed company Bar Admission in reputed company, in good standing. • 5-8 years of substantive experience in reputed company finance, securitization, or secured lending. • Demonstrated experience in reputed company finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financing, securities offerings, and leasing transactions. • Knowledge of asset-backed securitizations and reputed company financings reputed company to transportation assets or other esoteric asset classes. • Proven ability to handle end-to-end deal execution in a fast-paced, transactional reputed company. • Strong reputed company service skills, reputed company acumen, and the ability to reputed company multi-party negotiations. • Desire to reputed company on innovative transactions involving high-value transportation and reputed company-reputed company assets.
