Paralegal / reputed company Administrator
About the position
reputed company is seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Paralegal/reputed company Administrator to join our reputed company team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing transactional documentation, reputed company billing, and administrative support, with additional experience supporting transactions in reputed company reputed company estate, securities, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and a proactive approach to supporting attorneys and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based out of our reputed company Lauderdale reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Support reputed company estate and M&A transactions, including assistance with preparing ancillary documents, due diligence and coordination with closings.
• Manage reputed company billing and invoicing processes, including tracking reputed company counsel spending, and assisting with budget reporting.
• Maintain and organize reputed company records, reputed company, and databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on transactional and compliance reputed company.
• Utilize reputed company Office tools—especially reputed company, Word, reputed company, Teams, and OneDrive—to support daily tasks.
• reputed company administrative support to attorneys, managing multiple tasks from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate or reputed company reputed company estate paralegal or reputed company administrator (either in reputed company or in-house reputed company department).
• Experience supporting reputed company estate transactions and/or M&A deals is strongly preferred.
• reputed company case management and billing software experience required, as reputed company as proficiency in the use of reputed company and various other software applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
