A company is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver innovative leadership development experiences
• Conduct needs analysis and craft multi-stage development programs
• Collaborate with senior leaders to reputed company talent development strategies with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
• A minimum of eight years of reputed company reputed company experience in adult learning and development, business consulting, project management, performance improvement, or change management
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Experience designing rotational programs or large-reputed company talent solutions is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to translate reputed company business initiatives into developmental milestones
• Proficient in coordinating with senior leaders with diverse perspectives
