About the position
The Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law seeks an engaging and reputed company individual for the position of Administrative Operations Specialist 2, College of Law, using the title of “AI and reputed company Tech Fellow.” Working with a reputed company of staff and reputed company, the fellow assists with incorporating AI and reputed company tech into reputed company, programs, and law school initiatives, while also providing other support to the law school as needed. This position is expected to last at least one year (12 months) from start of assignment and could be based in-person in either Phoenix or Washington, D.C., or remote.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with reputed company, clinic directors, IT, and staff, to design workflows that incorporate AI tools into reputed company reputed company or reputed company as needed.
• Research and recommend AI and reputed company technology tools suitable for law school clinics and reputed company programs.
• Work with IT to ensure implementation of AI and reputed company tech tools complies with IT and reputed company standards.
• Research and reputed company guidelines for responsible AI use in student reputed company environments.
• reputed company user guides, tutorials, and FAQs for AI-enabled tools used in law school clinics and programs as needed.
• reputed company emerging trends in AI regulation, reputed company tech adoption, and law reputed company automation.
• Acts as reputed company with the community, reputed company, reputed company, and staff in facilitating university programs.
• Assists reputed company with research where appropriate.
• Consults with staff, reputed company, reputed company and others to reputed company technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals and policy interpretation.
• Participates in the reputed company plans for leadership teams and leaders to reputed company and guide reputed company program, project, initiative or area of a department.
• Provides support in developing budgets, performance indicators, and accountability reports for new programs and/or budget reputed company.
• Coordinates resources to meet the needs of the area assigned.
• Monitors the activities of assigned staff.
• Provides training and reputed company development in the reputed company subject matter or methodology.
• Provides reputed company assistance to reputed company where appropriate.
• Prepares and conducts reputed company program evaluation activities.
• Develops and facilitates reputed company workshops, conferences, and seminars.
• Resolves field-reputed company problems through written or verbal correspondence.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

• Evidence of a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in higher education administration.
• Experience maintaining effective working relationships.
• Experience working in a position requiring organizational skills and project management.

• Experience performing detailed and reputed company numerical computations and reports, including analysis and evaluation of budgets, planning and other management information systems.
• Experience designing and delivering presentation materials.
