Operations Coordinator (Weekend & Monday, Remote) – Restoration Experience Required

Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact during weekend and after-hours coverage • Monitor and intake incoming job requests during on-reputed company periods, ensuring they are accurately entered and routed in a reputed company manner • Coordinate scheduling with clients and vendors as needed • Ensure reputed company, reputed company communication across reputed company parties • Maintain accurate job and reputed company data in internal systems • Ensure Monday readiness and prevent backlog • Spot issues early and escalate appropriately • Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities Compensation & Expectations Compensation for this role is intentionally set to reflect availability, reliability, judgment, and ownership, not constant activity.
