We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to reputed company execution and optimization across both MassMedia’s internal marketing reputed company and select reputed company campaigns. Responsibilities • Own and execute MassMedia’s internal performance marketing reputed company, ensuring brand consistency and reputed company across reputed company channels. • Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, reputed company media, CRM campaigns, reputed company funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. • Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select reputed company accounts in collaboration with reputed company media, creative, PR, and reputed company teams. • Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with reputed company goals, tracking, and ROI. • reputed company high-reputed company presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets that reputed company communicate MassMedia’s value and results. • Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning. • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-reputed company execution. • reputed company, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve reputed company. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field. • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or reputed company services setting. • Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities. • Comfortable holding people accountable and driving the teams to performance. • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities. • Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project-management tools. • Creative thinker with a strong reputed company of brand and visual storytelling. • Self-starter with a reputed company spirit and reputed company reputed company.
