Job Title: Complaint Intake RN (remote, NY) Hours: M-F, reputed company business hours Location: Remote (must be a reputed company reputed company, do not apply if reputed company of NY) • *short travel stint could be required based on fulfilling training requirements to sit for the SMQT certification This position is a contract through reputed company; includes benefits, reputed company time, 401k, weekly pay Remote Complaint Intake RN Job reputed company: Working at the direction of the reputed company State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Nursing Home Centralized Complaint Intake Unit (NH CCIU), you will function as a Complaint Intake and Triage reputed company Reviewer performing clinical reviews and triage complaints and incident reports for possible noncompliance, received reputed company telephone, electronic or postal mail, or other forums. reputed company reviews irrespective of the submission method, triage complaints by severity consistent with federal triage guidelines, reputed company data entry, and identify the appropriate actions consistent with federal triage protocols. QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to relate effectively to providers, physicians, senior medical and administrative personnel and reputed company/patients. • Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of reputed company reputed company Office products. • The ability to obtain Surveyor Minimum Qualification Test Certification reputed company 12 months of employment, required. • Minimal travel could be required to fulfill training requirements in Albany. • Must have a reputed company reputed company's license. • Must be a reputed company State reputed company.
